Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Materials

1. Subject of consent

1.1. This consent is given to receive informational and advertising materials from the Operator about the invitn Service available at invitn.ru, including:

• informational messages about news, updates and changes to the Service;
• announcements of new features and capabilities;
• advertising materials, special offers, promotions and plan offers of the Operator;
• invitations to take part in events, surveys and other activities organised by the Operator;
• other marketing messages related to the Operator's activities.

1.2. This consent does not cover service messages that need to be sent to perform the contract, keep the account secure, provide the Service's functionality or comply with the law. Such messages are not advertising and are sent without separate consent in accordance with clause 13.2 of the Privacy Policy.

2. Channels

Consent is given to receive messages through the following channels:

• email (the address provided on registration or in the account settings);
• push notifications through the Service's web application and mobile application where there is an active push subscription;
• notifications in the Service interface.

3. Personal data processed for mailings

To send informational and advertising materials, the Operator processes the following personal data:

• last and first name — to personalise messages;
• email address — to deliver messages;
• technical push subscription identifier — where there is an active push subscription;
• information on delivery, opening and interaction with messages (mailing metrics) — to assess effectiveness and improve the quality of mailings.

Consent is given for the Operator to perform the following actions with this data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer of data to processors

Consent is given to transfer the personal data listed in Section 3 to providers of mailing and message delivery services (email gateways, push notification providers) to the extent needed for the technical delivery of messages. Contracts or other binding documents providing for confidentiality and personal data protection are concluded with such parties.

5. Term of consent and withdrawal

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.

5.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in one of the following ways:

• turning off the "Informational and advertising emails" toggle in the account settings in the Service;
• using the one-click "Unsubscribe" link in any message received;
• sending written notice to the Operator at support@invitn.com.

5.3. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops sending informational and advertising materials within a reasonable time, but no later than 5 (five) business days from receiving the notice.

5.4. Withdrawal of this consent does not stop service messages referred to in clause 1.2, as they are sent on a different legal basis.

5.5. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing and messages sent by the Operator before withdrawal.

6. Confirmations of the data subject

6.1. I confirm that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy, in particular Section 13 "Email communications", and agree with its terms.

6.2. I have been informed that this consent is given voluntarily, is not a mandatory condition for using the Service and does not affect the ability to register and use the account.

6.3. I have been informed of the right to refuse advertising and informational-advertising materials at any time in the manner set out in Section 5 of this consent.

The date and fact of giving consent (by ticking the relevant box in the Service interface) are recorded by the Operator automatically. This record has the effect of a handwritten signature in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature" of 06.04.2011.
