1. Personal data covered

This consent covers the processing of personal data in the following categories. The specific fields in each category depend on the Service's functionality and are described in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

1.1. Identification and contact data: including last and first name, email address, phone number, messenger usernames and other means of communication voluntarily provided by the user.

1.2. Account and settings data: including the password (stored only in hashed form), account verification status, language and interface preferences, consents and other parameters related to the use of the Service.

1.3. Profile data: including data voluntarily provided by the user when creating and maintaining a Blogger or Business profile (biography, description, topics, categories, city, links to social networks and other online resources, contact person and similar information).

1.4. Content and photos: including photos (avatar, logo, cover, gallery, portfolio), descriptions, texts, images and other materials posted by the user in the Service.

1.5. Business location data: including address, contact phone, opening hours, photos of the premises and other information about places where services are provided, voluntarily provided by the user.

1.6. Linked social account data: including username and link to the public profile, aggregated public metrics (number of followers, activity, engagement) — both collected independently from publicly accessible profiles and provided voluntarily by the user.

1.7. Activity and interaction data in the Service: including information about collaborations, requests, messages, ratings, reviews, offer views and other user actions within the Service's functionality.

1.8. Payment and subscription data: including subscription status and history, transaction records and payment identifiers. The Operator does not store bank card data unless expressly stated otherwise in the Service interface and the payment partner's documents.

1.9. Technical and service data collected automatically: including IP address, browser and device data, session information, event and action logs, login dates and times, push notification subscription identifiers, cookies and other local storage technologies.

1.10. Other information: other data voluntarily provided by the user in connection with using the Service, contacting support or performing actions aimed at achieving the purposes of processing set out in Section 2 of this consent.

2. Purposes of processing

Consent is given to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

• registering and authenticating users;
• operating the Service, including creating and displaying profiles, offers, collaborations, messages and other functionality;
• enabling Service users to interact with each other within the platform's functionality;
• processing payments and managing subscriptions;
• sending service notifications and other messages related to performing the contract and operating the Service;
• moderating content, handling requests and helping to resolve disagreements between users;
• building ratings and statistics and displaying the results of interactions on the platform;
• improving the quality of the Service based on aggregated and, where applicable, anonymised statistics;
• promoting the Service, including showing Platform participants and their offers on the Service's public pages, in the Administration's official social media accounts and in presentation and other marketing materials;
• fulfilling obligations provided for by the law of the Russian Federation;
• other purposes expressly provided for by the Privacy Policy and not contrary to the law of the Russian Federation.

3. Actions with personal data

Consent is given for the Operator to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

Processing may be carried out with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer of personal data to third parties

Consent is given to transfer personal data, to the extent needed to achieve the purposes of processing, to the following categories of recipients:

• other users of the Service — to the extent needed for the Platform to work and for users to interact;
• payment system operators and payment agents — to process subscription payments and other transactions;
• infrastructure providers and other personal data processors acting on the Operator's instructions — to host applications and databases, store files, deliver content, send messages and keep the Service running;
• public authorities and other authorised persons — in the cases and manner provided for by the law of the Russian Federation.

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes without the data subject's separate consent.

5. Term of consent and withdrawal

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.

5.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending written notice to the Operator at support@invitn.com or by changing the relevant settings in the Service account.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out by the Operator before withdrawal.

5.4. When the consent expires or the purposes of processing no longer need to be achieved, personal data is destroyed or anonymised in the manner provided for by 152-FZ and related regulations, unless otherwise established by the law of the Russian Federation.

6. Confirmations of the data subject

6.1. I confirm that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy and agree with its terms.

6.2. I have been informed of the rights provided for by Articles 14–17 of 152-FZ, including the right to receive information about the processing of my personal data, to demand that personal data be updated, blocked or destroyed, to refuse advertising and informational-advertising materials and to appeal the Operator's actions or inaction.

6.3. I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate and up to date.

The date and fact of giving consent (by ticking the relevant box in the Service interface) are recorded by the Operator automatically. This record has the effect of a handwritten signature in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature" of 06.04.2011.
